As the Fat Fairy is the sole maker and baker, she will guarantee, cross her heart and promise to only use the freshest, most yummy ingredients.
Wherever possible, the Fat Fairy will endeavour to use organic, seasonal, fairtrade and local produce.
The Fat Fairy's ingredients include
(but are not limited to):
Plain & self raising flour, caster sugar, icing sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, meringue powder, pure vanilla extract, dark, milk and white chocolate, salt, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, nuts, cream, milk, sour cream, fresh and dried fruit, fruit juices, sugar sprinkles and decorations.
The Fat Fairy would be delighted to provide her cupcakes for your special event.
Frequently Asked Questions...
How/where are The Fat Fairy's cupcakes made? All our cupcakes are handmade in our own kitchen. It's small, but perfectly formed - just like our cakes. Can you do me a special design/theme/colour? Absolutely! We bake and decorate cakes fresh for every order, so custom decorations or themed selections are no problem, within reason. How long do The Fat Fairy's cupcakes keep for? Not long! But if you do want to save some for later, they'll stay fresh for about 3 days (max) in an airtight container. Do your cakes contain nuts? Some of our cupcakes contain nuts and we cannot guarantee that the other varieties are free from all traces of nuts. Can you supply wheat/gluten /dairy free cupcakes? At the moment our range of free-from cakes is limited, but if you have specialist dietary requirements get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help. Can I order less than the minimum amount? Unfortunately it's not currently possible to buy our cupcakes in smaller amounts but we hope to be stocking our range in carefully chosen outlets soon.
